Thoughts on Real Time’s mission from director, Dr Lynne Taylerson

Lynne Taylerson

"Bespoke curriculum and event design is our speciality. It’s vital that your professional development programme or event meets your needs. We tailor outcomes, resources and facilitation options to your requirements. We strive to offer inclusive, accessible, engaging learning and development.

Work in programme design and teaching in post-compulsory education in universities, colleges, the community and the workplace for two decades means that education is my passion. Designing and facilitating curriculum from introductory computer courses to post-graduate study programmes has given me a unique perspective on adult learners’ needs and challenges.

Recent times have reinforced the need for expert leveraging of digital tools and underpinning pedagogy to provide the flexible, hybrid study and collaboration options that professionals need. We’re fortunate to call upon and collaborate with expert practitioners from across the sector and wider industry to provide innovative professional learning solutions. "
