Lead trainer, Lynne Taylerson, is a highly experienced mentor and trainer of mentors and coaches. She has worked as a mentor for both broadcast staff and education professionals over the last 18 years. During this time, Lynne has trained individual mentors working on teaching Diploma programmes for the Universities of Warwick and Wolverhampton as well as mentoring and coaching teams working in Further Education colleges in the Midlands; she has also personally mentored staff training at the BBC in the Midlands and in all areas of Further Education.
