This input enables delegates to plan and create blended learning delivery programmes allowing flexible training input to be provided to staff. The course introduces delegates to a range of blended learning delivery models using the latest information learning technologies (ILT).
How is the course delivered?
The course is typically offered as a stand-alone, two-day programme which involves delegates in direct experience of the use of blended learning technologies. This includes an introduction to the use of virtual learning environments (VLEs) such as Moodle as well as the use of communication and networking technologies including Blackboard Collaborate and Skype which allow virtual classrooms to be created for both real time and asynchronous delivery. In addition, the course introduces to use of Articulate software allowing staff development and human resource managers and to plan bespoke blended learning courses. The input can be delivered on-site at your premises if required and the minimum suggested group size is eight to ten people.
